RESEARCH
We carry out independent, rigorous and timely research on critical security challenges around the world, bringing forward fresh perspectives, new approaches, and innovative policy solutions.
Next-Gen 5.0 is ideally positioned to act as a catalyst for academic advancement and to promote both individual and in-group research projects, with a focus on countering the terrorism threat and the newest security related challenges.
Our research activities are grouped around four lines of work, namely prevention of terrorism and radicalization; protection of crowded places; tackling of racism and discrimination; and promotion of diversity and social inclusion.
Each strategic line is delivered through different research projects and campaigns.
