 MENTORSHIP PROGRAM:

 BRIDGING YESTERDAY,

 TODAY AND TOMORROW

845cd7_a18f5be3203f4ec1a4aeab0e0a7c19c3.

Designed to foster a new generation of security analysts, our Mentorship Program provides the opportunity for a selected group of NextGen 5.0 members to be paired with some of the world-leading experts in the field for research advice, career consultancy and professional development.

Each mentee is assigned to one of our mentor for the duration of an academic year. The selection of the participating mentees is based on a variety of criteria, including career goals, research interests, academic records, past experiences, and geographical location.

Through the program, mentees and their mentors have opportunities to develop new friendships and to attend networking events. While no formal commitment is required, we do hope that this mentorship could actually turn into a possible co-authored publication between the mentee and mentor where such opportunity is feasible.
